Gate Glove® is constructed with the highest quality fabric available.  A multi-layered construction with a tough vinyl exterior, soft foam centre and stretch backing makes this tailgate protector both strong and flexible, giving it enough flexibility for the "glove fit" of the Gate Glove®.

This fabric is temperature rated to -40 degrees Celsius

Fastening

Gate Glove® is closed with 2 inch strips of heavy duty Velcro, making it both easy and quick to install while securely fastening it to the truck’s tailgate when installed.

Edging

All the stress points on the Gate Glove® are reinforced with tough polyester, all weather binding material. The design of the rock chip prevention prevents any of these edges from touching the painted surface of the tailgate, allowing the use of this tough material for this application.
